At Blue Swim Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Swimsuits (Men’s, Women’s, Boys’, Girls’)
- Swim Caps
- Rash Guards
- Shampoo & Personal Care products
Electronics and Snorkeling/Scuba Gear may only be returned if defective and within the 15-day window.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to our returns center at the address provided in your instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll be happy to assist you provided the item is in new condition and eligible for exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item. If the exchanged item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the remaining balance accordingly.
